• Power of Attorney: $10 per signature
• Wills: $10 per signature

• Witnesses: $5 per witness (if needed for notarization)

 Some documents require witnesses in addition to notarization. If your document needs a witness, we can provide witness services for a $5 fee per witness.                              

• Witnesses: Witnesses will sign the document in your presence, and we’ll notarize it at the same time.

1. Prepare Your Document: Bring your document(s) that need to be notarized and ensure that they are NOT signed prior to appointment, as they must be signed in front of the notary.
2. Verify Your Identity: You’ll need to present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
3. Witnesses (If needed): If your document requires witnesses, we can provide them for $5 per witness.
4. Notarization: We’ll notarize your documents quickly and securely.
5. Receive Your Documents: Once notarized, you’ll receive your signed and sealed documents.

Can’t make it to our office? We offer mobile notary services where we come to you for an additional $15 travel fee within a 10-mile radius.
