1. Schedule Your Appointment
Book online or contact us to schedule your in-office or mobile I-9 verification appointment.

2. Complete Section 1
Employees must complete Section 1 of Form I-9 before the appointment. This form is usually provided by the employer.

3. Bring Required Documents
Each employee must bring:

• A completed Section 1 of Form I-9
   
• Original, unexpired identification documents from the official USCIS list:
  ✔️ One document from List A (e.g., U.S. Passport)
                                                                     OR
  ✔️ One document from List B and one from List C (e.g., Driver’s License + Social Security Card)

Photocopies are not accepted. All documents must be original and valid at the time of verification.

4. We Complete Section 2
Our authorized representative will inspect the documents and complete Section 2 in compliance with federal I-9 guidelines.

5. Employee Returns Form to Employer
Once Section 2 is completed, the employee is responsible for returning the completed Form I-9 to their employer. We can provide the form via email, secure download, or printed copy for the employee to deliver.
