Your Live Scan appointment is designed to be smooth, secure, and efficient. Upon arrival, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your Live Scan Request Form or ORI code for identity verification.
We’ll digitally capture your fingerprints using advanced biometric equipment—no ink, no mess—and transmit them directly to the requesting agency. You can request an official submission receipt with your TCN number to confirm successful transmission.

Most fingerprint results are available to your requesting agency within 24–72 hours, depending on FDLE/FBI processing times. Ink card processing times vary based on where you submit them.
Yes. We offer wet ink fingerprinting on FD-258 and ATF cards, completed with precision to meet federal and agency requirements.
Limited walk-ins are accepted, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot and avoid waiting.
Yes. We provide Form I-9 verification services and can act as an authorized representative for employers.
No. At this time, we do not provide fingerprinting services for concealed carry permits.
Yes. We can capture and submit your prints for ATF applications. You are still responsible for including them with your ATF paperwork when you file.
Yes. Witness services are available for notarizations. Please request this in advance so we can arrange it.
